We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.



The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to assess candidate suitability, and experience in hiring across multiple roles within timelines.
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives
Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies
Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals
Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws is a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
