Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies aligned with corporate goals.

Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws relevant to ISP/BPO operations.
Lead the design and rollout of HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement programs.




Build a robust talent acquisition framework tailored to fast-paced ISP/BPO environments.
Oversee payroll, benefits, onboarding, and workforce retention initiatives.
Handle corporate compliance, administrative functions, and HR audits.
Implement HR analytics tools for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
Drive employer branding and internal communication programs.
