We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Blockchain Sales Professional to drive business growth by promoting blockchain products, services, and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, a valuable understanding of blockchain technology, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and investors in the Web3 ecosystem
Identify and generate new business opportunities in blockchain, crypto, Web3, DeFi, NFTs, and related technologies
Promote blockchain-based products and services such as tokens, exchanges, wallets, validators, NFTs, and enterprise blockchain solutions
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and community leaders
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product teams to align sales efforts
Attend blockchain events, conferences, and online community forums to expand network
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales performance reports
Stay updated with blockchain trends, market conditions, and competitor activities





Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)

- 1–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (blockchain/crypto experience is a strong plus)
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and Web3 ecosystems
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience with B2B, B2C, or enterprise sales models
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Prior experience in crypto exchanges, blockchain startups, or Web3 projects

Existing network in the blockchain, crypto, or fintech industry
Experience selling blockchain development services, token solutions, or SaaS products
