Relay helps its clients in majorly following areas: Accounting & Finance, Administration, Operations, Space Planning, Leasing, Data Science, Data Search, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence etc. The Marketo Specialist is responsible for supporting the setup, execution, and ongoing management of the Marketo marketing automation platform. This role focuses on campaign execution, lead management, marketing automation workflows, and performance reporting to support corporate marketing initiatives. Working closely with marketing, sales, IT, and compliance teams, the Marketo Specialist ensures effective, compliant, and data-driven marketing operations that improve lead engagement and marketing ROI.

Configure, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, email programs, and nurture workflows in Marketo
Manage lead lifecycle processes including scoring, segmentation, routing, and database hygiene




Monitor campaign performance and generate reports and dashboards to measure effectiveness
Maintain and optimize integration between Marketo and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead management and follow-up processes
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations including GDPR and CAN-SPAM
Document processes, workflows, and marketing automation best practices
Support training and enablement for marketing team members on Marketo usage

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Hands-on experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms
Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Knowledge of email marketing, campaign execution, and marketing analytics
Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in cross-functional teams
