Financial planning: Model revenue, headcount, costs, cash flow and funding needs to assess growth opportunities and financial risks.
Performance & MIS: Own monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and business reviews. Partner with Sales and Customer Success on revenue forecasts; review contracts, billing and revenue recognition to flag leakage and collection risks.
Track department and project profitability, resource utilization, employee costs, cloud infrastructure and vendor spend; Evaluate hiring, investments, resource allocation and expansion through financial analysis and business cases. Connect business drivers with financial outcomes.
Finance transformation:
Work with internal teams and accounting partners to improve data quality, reconciliations and reporting timelines while reducing manual dependencies.
Support the Finance Head with investor and Board updates, due diligence and strategic planning. Reconcile management reports and projections with statutory financials.
Required: Qualified CA with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in business finance, FP&A;, management reporting or financial analysis.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling; Preferred: SaaS, technology or start-up experience; subscription metrics and unit economics; Power BI, ERP or reporting automation;
