As an HR Execuitive at CivicMinds Inc., you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to join our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS)



to keep candidate records updated and generate recruitment reports
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Maintain employee attendance and payroll.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA in HR preferred

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Robust organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
