About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic engineering team based in our Bengaluru office. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role where you will not only manage and mentor engineers but also actively contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of our scalable and robust SaaS platform. You will drive the adoption of modern, microservices-based and agentic-AI architectures and ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient software solutions, collaborating closely with our US-based product and business teams.

Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product management, QA, operations, and business stakeholders), including US-based counterparts, to define requirements and solutions.



Participate in agile development processes and document architectural and system designs.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, with a total of 7+ years in skilled software development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of microservices architecture and proven experience designing and implementing scalable and distributed systems that are in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python. Experience in Golang is a plus.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization/orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and building scalable systems for compliance is a strong plus.
- Experience developing data crawlers or high-volume data ingestion pipelines is a plus.
- Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry (US healthcare is a strong plus).
