We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Jewelry Retoucher to join our creative team in Surat, India (relocation is available). This role involves enhancing high-quality images and videos of fine jewelry and human models, including skin retouching and other refinements to achieve flawless, luxurious visuals.

Retouch and enhance photos and videos of jewelry, ensuring flawless representation of details, textures, and colors.
Retouch human models in images and videos, focusing on skin, hair, and other elements to achieve polished results.
Maintain a consistent style and quality across all assets, aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and the marketing team to meet creative objectives.
Ensure timely delivery of retouched files for campaigns, e-commerce, and other marketing materials.
Stay updated with trends and techniques in jewelry and portrait retouching.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

- 2+ years of experience with product photography retouching for e-commerce




- Robust understanding of retouching techniques for skin and jewelry, including color correction, blemish removal, and lighting adjustments.
- Experience in retouching videos (highly desirable).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant retouching work (including jewelry and skin retouching).
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Basic understanding of color grading for videos.
- Relocation package is available)

Compensation:
INR 40,000 per month (gross) plus up to INR 20,000 monthly performance bonus (if earned)
