We are seeking a hands-on Network Operations Engineer focused on day-to-day production support of our managed IPTV and data center network environments. Unlike traditional engineering roles, this position is primarily operations-focused, with limited design responsibility and a strong emphasis on incident resolution, monitoring, and service reliability.
Monitor network health, performance, and alerts across production environments
Respond to and resolve L1/L2 network incidents, including circuit issues, routing problems, and operator connectivity
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and support maintenance windows
Execute standard network changes (provisioning, ACLs, routing updates)
Validate network changes and ensure proper post-change verification
Monitoring & Reliability
Work with tools such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, or similar monitoring platforms
Identify recurring issues and escalate trends for deeper analysis
Assist in improving alert quality, dashboards, and visibility
Act as L2 escalation point for NOC or L1 support teams
Partner with Senior Network Engineers on:
Provide operational input to engineering and project teams





Network documentation

Basic Linux networking commands
