Growth Marketing Lead
Osto is a protection-first cybersecurity startup building AI-powered security products. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale Osto's demand generation engine.
Your mission is simple: generate qualified pipeline through content, communities, performance marketing, events, and continuous experimentation.
Content Creation & Distribution
Build Osto's content engine by creating and distributing blogs, case studies, whitepapers, industry updates, product launches, feature announcement videos, customer testimonials, educational content, sales collateral, and product messaging.
Generate qualified leads through SEO, GEO, AEO, performance marketing, and best-in-class CRO practices. Continuously optimize campaigns, landing pages, and the website for higher conversions.
Own newsletters, email marketing, webinars, product announcements, and marketing automation to nurture prospects throughout the buyer journey.
Community
Build Osto's presence across Reddit, Hacker News, Slack, Discord, Product Hunt, and other founder and cybersecurity communities through meaningful engagement.
Continuously identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, and conversion channels.
4–7 years of Growth Marketing or Demand Generation experience.
Experience in B2B SaaS startups (cybersecurity experience is a plus).
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and GA4.
Good understanding of SEO, AEO and GEO.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, etc.).
Shape the marketing function and grow into a leadership role as Osto scales.

Build and scale over 20 in-house security modules covering cloud, endpoint, network, application, VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing), and compliance (SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA) through a single interface.
Disrupting Traditional Security: Help democratize enterprise-grade security that traditional, legacy tools make too slow and expensive for growing companies.
Real-World Impact from Day One: Work directly on production security code, content strategy, or technical modules rather than repetitive legacy maintenance.




Grow alongside experienced leadership (co-founded by serial cybersecurity entrepreneurs Karmesh Gupta and Praveen Gupta) in a collaborative setting with offices/opportunities around the Delhi-NCR, Gurgaon, and Noida regions.
Hands-on Learning & Growth: Gain mentorship and practical startup exposure across engineering, Golang backend development, front-end, content, sales, and quality assurance.
Round 1: Online / Written Test (60 minutes)
~ Evaluates role-specific knowledge, understanding of computer science or security fundamentals, past projects, hands-on tool familiarity, and academic background.

Cloud Security: Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Web API/App Protection, and server access control.
Application & Code Security: Mobile scanner, Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) tracking, and web vulnerability scanners.
Network & Zero Trust: Domain filtering, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and secure network access layers.
Endpoint Protection: App and device control, antimalware, data loss prevention (DLP), encryption, screen lock, and remote wipe features.
Automated workflows, AI-driven security questionnaire Q&A; automation, log analysis, and readiness trackers for SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and India's DPDP framework.
VAPT & vCISO: Automated and manual Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), plus virtual CISO services.
Backend Development: Golang is actively utilized for core backend development infrastructure.
Built as a multi-module SaaS platform processing over one billion requests a month, designed to consolidate security operations into a single control plane.
