Proficiency in sourcing strategies, including job postings, direct sourcing, and talent acquisition
Skills in recruitment coordination, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding processes
Experience in maintaining recruitment databases and generating hiring reports
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles
