We are looking for a seasoned Hiring Manager with 6–10+ years of experience in team leadership and talent acquisition ownership. This role is central to building high-performing teams across internal and client contexts by aligning business goals with smart, values-based hiring decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a sharp eye for talent and a collaborative, structured approach to recruitment.

Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to develop effective sourcing and evaluation strategies

Maintain accountability for quality-of-hire and long-term team performance outcomes





Contribute to talent planning, workforce forecasting, and organizational design conversations

6–10+ years of experience in people management, hiring, or cross-functional team leadership

- Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven, or startup environments is preferred
- Structured, data-informed approach to hiring with a focus on long-term fit and potential
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and collaborative hiring tools
