As a Paid Marketing Specialist , you will work closely with senior marketers, strategists, and tech teams to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn .
Paid marketing will be your primary focus , while exposure to SEO, automation, and AI-driven insights will help you grow into a well-rounded performance marketer over time.
This role is designed to grow into a senior performance marketing role with increasing ownership, budgets, and strategic responsibility.
What You'll Work On Paid Marketing (Primary Focus)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)




Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen, Sponsored Content)
Assist in campaign planning and execution:
Budget planning and bid strategies
Monitor and optimize performance metrics:
CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality
Ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
Track performance using:
Google Analytics
SEO, Automation & AI Exposure (Secondary Focus)
Collaborate with SEO and content teams to:
Improve landing page quality and conversion rates
Improve targeting and performance insights
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve results
1–3 years of experience in paid or digital marketing roles

- (Internships and hands-on project experience are welcome)
- Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads
- Solid interest in performance marketing, data, and growth
- Curiosity about SEO, automation, and AI in marketing
- Want to grow into a senior performance marketer
