About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving targets. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Identify and generate current business opportunities through networking, research, cold calling, and client meetings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, PR,



etc.) Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to strategize business growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, leads, and client interactions.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of prior experience in sales or business development.
Good understanding of the sales process, market dynamics, and client servicing.
Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with CRM software is a plus.
