Key Responsibilities a) Branding and Collaterals ● Develop and maintain visual branding guidelines across all institutional initiatives, reports, and campaigns.
- Design print and digital marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, infographics, banners, and merchandise.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all public-facing and internal materials.

● Design comprehensive annual reports, impact whitepapers, and project proposals using compelling layouts and data-visualization techniques.
c) Exhibition Design, Events, and Media Outreach ● Conceptualize and design spatial graphics, exhibition stalls, backdrops, standees, and signage for national workshops, roadshows, and government summits.
- Create media kits, press releases, graphics, and visual assets to support PR and media outreach campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of design deliverables for events, exhibitions, and printed collateral.
d) Social Media Outreach ● Design dynamic visual assets, carousels, video thumbnails, and motion graphics optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Edit video content and develop motion graphics for social media, campaign videos, event highlights, and digital storytelling.
- Support digital outreach campaigns that highlight student success stories, institutional milestones, and stakeholder events.
e) Communication Role Across Verticals ● Collaborate closely with project teams, leadership, and external partners across various verticals to support their communication needs.
- Translate program-level achievements into creative communication assets that resonate with donors,
government bodies, and beneficiaries.
- Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously, prioritising requests and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and consistency across all outputs.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, corporate, or development/social sector experience is a robust plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Expert command over industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) along with advanced PowerPoint design and basic motion graphics capabilities. Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools is an added advantage.
- Design Sensibility: Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional skills in layout design, typography, color theory, data visualization, and infographic creation.
- Creative Thinking and Ownership : Ability to independently interpret briefs, develop visual concepts, incorporate feedback, and take ownership of design assignments from ideation to final delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to understand briefs from diverse teams and synthesize complex socio-economic or educational data into clear visuals.
Remuneration Annual salary: Depending on experience
