Role Description The Front Office Receptionist is a full time, on-site position based at G REST Hotel & Resort in Lucknow. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner. Daily tasks include handling reservations, maintaining accurate guest records, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments,



and ensuring the reception area is organized and presentable. The receptionist also supports guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and resolves minor issues or escalates concerns to the appropriate team members. Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Front Office skills, including handling check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest records.

Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette skills for managing incoming and outgoing calls and coordinating with internal departments.

Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in hospitality or front office roles, proficiency with basic computer systems and hotel management software, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
