Finance Executive - India's Fastest-Growing Home Décor & Lifestyle Brand - Bengaluru
India's leading Home Décor & Lifestyle Brand is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to join its finance team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of strong, hands-on expertise in accounts payable, TDS, GST compliance, bank administration, and Tally. This is an execution-focused role requiring precision, accountability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

India's fastest-growing home décor and lifestyle brands, with over 15 years of presence in the design and retail space. Known for curating unique, handcrafted furniture, lighting, and décor pieces, the company has a team of 100+ professionals and a growing footprint across multiple cities in India. It has delivered projects for several leading corporate and hospitality names, and continues to expand its retail and online presence.

Accounts Payable (AP)
Ensure accurate coding of expenses to appropriate cost centres and GL accounts
Manage vendor ledger reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for invoice approvals

GST Compliance
Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns — GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B reconciliation
Monitor input tax credit (ITC) claims and ensure eligibility as per GST law
Handle GST on reverse charge mechanism (RCM) transactions where applicable
Assist in GST audits, notices, and departmental queries
Stay updated on GST amendments and ensure timely implementation

Bank Administration
Perform daily bank reconciliations (BRS) across multiple bank accounts
Coordinate with banks for facilities, KYC updates, and account operations
Maintain bank mandate registers and authorised signatory records

Tally Accounting




Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
Pass journal entries, debit/credit notes, and adjusting entries accurately
Generate Trial Balance, P&L;, and Balance Sheet from Tally for review
Support in statutory audit by providing schedules and data from Tally

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime — non-negotiable
- Sound working knowledge of GST law, TDS provisions, and AP processes
- Experience handling bank reconciliation and fund management
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Ability to meet deadlines independently with minimal supervision

Prior experience in a CA firm, mid-size company, or multi-entity setup
Familiarity with GST portal, TRACES portal, and MCA filings
Basic understanding of financial statements and audit support

Education : B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter
Experience : 5-8 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role
Working Days : Monday- Saturday (Saturdays - Half days)
