Mortgage Escrow experience will be considered.
Seeking hands-on experience in US Mortgage Servicing, specifically Escrow.
Strong understanding of US Mortgage Escrow processes, including escrow setup, maintenance, disbursements, and annual escrow analysis.
Knowledge of RESPA regulations, tax/insurance escrow requirements,



and industry compliance standards.
Familiarity with shortage/surplus calculations, escrow projections, and account adjustments. Proficiency in data analysis and reconciliation as needed.
Proficient in MS Office and capable of working effectively in cooperative, team-oriented environments.

Education and Experience

- 2 plus years of US Mortgage Servicing experience, preferably in Escrow Operations
- Flexibility to work night shifts and support extended hours/weekends when required.
- Mode: WFH
- Graduation is mandatory
