Lead leadership development, vocational training, and skill enhancement initiatives.
Performance & Capability Development
Lead training in safety, lean manufacturing, and leadership development.
Continuous training for technical upskilling and automation readiness.
Oversee welfare programs including housing, medical facilities, and CSR initiatives.
Partner with finance, legal, and operations for cohesive HR execution.
Lead digital HR transformation projects across the Group.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
