Hybrid
Schedule : Morning/Night shift

Pre-screen applicant submissions, utilize phone screeners and be confident in recommendations for moving candidates through the pipeline
Manages the communication flow between candidate, Hiring Manager and Recruitment Operations, ensuring that all parties remain up to date at each recruiting phase
Candidate Phone Screen / CS Recruit Candidate Completion
Make outbound calls to prospective applicants
Conduct phone interviews and schedule successful candidates for endorsement to Talent Acquisition team
Meet and exceed recruitment metrics and goals
Answer questions regarding the recruitment process
Conducts call outs of potential candidates and drives CS Recruit completion

Strategic Talent Sourcing
Develops and/or expands recruitment events as part of a marketing plan to support recruitment demands.
Engages in planning, developing, and arranging projects in line with new recruitment activities and recruitment requirements.
Plans and executes events that would provide a pool of applications for the Phone Screening and Talent Acquisition team.
Reviews and endorses event sourcing and headhunter proposals to the Talent Marketing & Sourcing Manager for final approval.




Prepares monthly recruitment sourcing reports and performs report analysis (Sourcing Statistics Reports, etc.).
Perform other related duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional/departmental goal attainment or for professional training, education, or development as programmed by the Talent Sourcing Manager.
Perform other important and urgent duties assigned.
Keep updated on industry or HR trends and practices pertaining to recruitment activities.
Facilitate Job Offer and Monitoring of Non-Negotiable requirements

Experience in both Global hiring
College Graduate; Administrative-related experience
Marketing-related experience

Experience in both Global and Philippine hiring
Formulation of brand positioning
Development of brand innovations
Market Research techniques and business analysis
Conceptualization and Implementation of recruitment promotions
Display and Merchandising (Events)
Highly resourceful, creative, and enterprising, with an eye for detail and capable of thinking strategically and viewing business in a corporate perspective.
Computer Literate (MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Excellent Reading, Writing, and Verbal Proficiency
Strong Supervisory and Leadership Qualities
Excellent Decision Making, Analytical, Planning, Organizational,



and Problem Solving Skills
Creative, Creative, and Aggressive
Results-oriented, Diligent, and Resourceful in sourcing and coordinating with domestic and foreign suppliers/vendors
