Brand Marketing & DTC Manager Bangalore | Up to 50 LPA

MBA from a Premier Institute (Mandatory) | 6–8 Years Experience

We're looking for a energetic Brand Marketing & DTC Manager to drive integrated campaigns and build a strong lifestyle brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead 360° campaigns across digital, retail, PR, OOH, events & influencers

Localize global assets while ensuring brand consistency

Own social media strategy (always-on + campaigns)

Drive product storytelling across stores & ecommerce

Manage DTC calendar, PDP optimization & SEO

Lead A/B testing and performance tracking

Manage creative, media & PR agencies

Build dashboards for social, influencer & DTC metrics

Ideal Profile:

6+ years in DTC/Retail/CPG marketing

Strong digital & performance orientation

Agency & cross-functional team management experience

Strong pulse on youth culture
