Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Robust Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
Operational knowledge of Office Equipment and technology
Experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office)
