The company focuses on experiential learning, team building, and behavioral development through structured outdoor programs. Activities and workshops are frequently conducted in cities such as Indore, Bhopal, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on corporate and institutional clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting meetings and presentations, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.



The role involves collaborating with the operations and training teams to understand service offerings and customize proposals based on client needs. The Business Development Executive will also track sales pipelines, prepare reports, and support marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.

Candidates should possess skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation.

Candidates should possess strong Business acumen and Account Management skills.

Experience in B2B sales, corporate training, or education services is beneficial.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Comfort with local travel for client meetings and events in and around Indore.
