We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with6+ years of expertise in Intelligent Automation, RPA, and AI-driven solutions . The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, driving automation initiatives across banking operations.

6+ years of Business Analysis experience with a robust focus on Intelligent Automation, RPA (UiPath), and AI-enabled applications .

- Solid understanding of AI architectures , including LLMs, API integrations, workflow orchestration, and unstructured data processing .
- Hands-on experience with Process Mining/Task Mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining .
- Working knowledge of core banking platforms including FIS, Arthur, Jack Henry, and Archer .
- Proven expertise in creating Process Design Documents (PDDs) and collaborating on Solution Design Documents (SDDs) with full traceability.
- Strong experience working in Agile environments , serving as the key liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
