Executes design and development of sterilization cases and trays to support the different product engines within Zimmer Biomet. Including project management of all projects (start to finish) to help release sterilization cases and trays for commercial use. Project work requires compliance to corporate and site level procedures such as SOP's, ZWIs, and international standards. Position interfaces extensively with Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Strategic Sourcing, outside vendors,



and developing surgeons.

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in Office)

Helps oversee cross functional activities involved within the design and development of cases and trays.

Solid engineering analysis and problem-solving to support case and tray development tasks.

Ability to organize documentation and support standardization of development practices.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant degree and 4 years of relevant Engineering experience

Ability to read, write and communicate in English

S. degree from an ABET accredited school (or global equivalent) in one of the following engineering disciplines: mechanical, bio-medical, industrial engineering. Experience in design and graphics software, including Unigraphics is highly preferred.

Medical device, particularly Orthopedic industry, experience.
