We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex RPO delivery for IT and GCC hiring portfolios in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be a solid people manager who can manage
multiple teams and portfolios, work effectively with challenging clients, and use data and metrics to
drive delivery decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and manage a team of approximately 10-15 recruitment professionals.
- Manage multiple teams and portfolios simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and

stakeholder confidence.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment with challenging client requirements and
changing priorities.
• Own delivery governance across assigned RPO portfolios, including planning, progress reviews,
risk management and escalations.
• Build robust relationships with senior client and internal stakeholders; provide transparent updates and
practical solutions.
• Use data and recruitment metrics to monitor performance, identify gaps and drive continuous
improvement.

- Track and review SLAs, KPIs, dashboards, productivity, quality and other delivery measures.
- Support workforce planning,



team allocation and delivery prioritization across IT and GCC hiring

requirements.
• Ensure a strong candidate and client experience while meeting agreed delivery commitments.

Required Experience and Skills
• Prior RPO experience is mandatory, with a clear understanding of RPO delivery models and
dynamics.
• Experience managing teams of 10-15 people and the capability to lead multiple teams at the same
time.

- Prior experience supporting GCC hiring and technology recruitment.
- Strong people-management skills, including coaching, performance management and team

development.

- Proven experience handling multiple client portfolios in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- Highly data-oriented, with strong knowledge of recruitment data, KPIs, SLAs, dashboards and

metrics.

- Ability to work through ambiguity, manage escalations and solve problems in a structured manner.
- Maturity, ownership and confidence in working with demanding or challenging clients.
- Strong planning, prioritization and decision-making skills.
