Associate Supply Chain

We build RF-sensing payloads that fly on satellites and drones, picking up signals from orbit and the sky. Our engineers work across RF electronics, hardware, embedded systems and integration to make it happen.

As an Associate Supply Chain, you'll work across procurement, sourcing and vendor management to ensure our engineering teams have the right components when they need them. From specialized electronics and PCB assemblies to mechanical hardware, you'll help move every part from sourcing to delivery, on time, to spec and within budget.

Own procurement end to end. Source electronic, RF and microwave components, PCBs, assemblies, cables, connectors and mechanical parts, tracking each order from enquiry to delivery.
Build our vendor network. Identify, evaluate and coordinate with suppliers for PCB fabrication and assembly, wiring harnesses, precision machining and other specialized requirements.
Evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and optimize costs and lead times without compromising quality.
Work with RF, electronics, embedded and mechanical teams on bills of materials (BOMs), component availability, substitutions, revisions and traceability.
Monitor orders, inventory and long-lead components against project milestones. Maintain quality and compliance. Bachelor's degree in BBA, MBA, Industrial Engineering,



or a related discipline.

- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement or sourcing within electronics, aerospace, automotive electronics or hardware product development.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple procurement requirements simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate procurement options and make informed decisions.

Identify alternatives, address procurement challenges and drive timely resolution to keep deliverables on track.
Bonus: Experience with RF or aerospace-grade components, international sourcing, or Indian customs and import processes.

Help build our supply chain from the ground up as we develop and scale our systems.
Learn by building. Work alongside engineers across RF, hardware, embedded systems and integration, gaining exposure to the full hardware development process.
As we move from prototypes towards production, you'll help shape the processes and vendor relationships that support our growth.
