Program Manager – New Initiatives (Founder's Office)
Battery Smart is India's largest battery-swapping network for electric two and three-wheelers, enabling affordable and sustainable mobility through its Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model. With a rapidly expanding nationwide network, we are building the infrastructure powering India's EV revolution.

We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Program Manager to join the Founder's Office and lead strategic current initiatives across the organization. This role will work closely with founders and senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, validate new business models, drive cross-functional execution, and build scalable business lines from concept to commercialization. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, program management excellence, strong stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Lead end-to-end execution of pilots and new initiatives, including planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and performance tracking.
Conduct market assessments, customer research, and competitive analysis to validate business opportunities.




Build business cases, operating models, and implementation roadmaps for new ventures and strategic projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Finance, Growth, and Partnerships to ensure successful execution.
Establish metrics, monitor outcomes, and provide data-driven recommendations on scaling, pivoting, or discontinuing initiatives.
Drive high-priority projects directly for founders and leadership, ensuring timely execution and measurable business impact.

4+ years of experience in Founder's Office, Strategy, Program Management, Consulting, Business Operations, Growth, or high-growth startup environments.

- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and driving outcomes in dynamic environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience leading high-impact strategic initiatives with company-wide visibility.
