Role Description The Demi Chef De Partie is a full-time, remote role supporting the kitchen team with planning, preparation, and organization of menu items within an assigned section. The role also involves maintaining hygiene and food safety practices, coordinating with the Chef De Partie and other team members, and documenting prep lists, recipes, and inventory needs. The Demi Chef De Partie will collaborate remotely on menu planning, training materials, and operational processes, and may provide virtual support for quality control, standardization of recipes,



and communication between kitchen leadership and staff.

Strong practical cooking skills in a professional kitchen environment, with experience handling mise en place, basic sauces, and hot and cold preparations.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen sanitation practices, with the ability to follow and document procedures accurately.

Team-oriented mindset, able to communicate clearly with chefs and colleagues, take direction, and support a cooperative kitchen culture.

Comfort using digital tools for remote coordination, such as shared documents, messaging platforms, and basic inventory or recipe management systems.

Previous experience as a Commis Chef, Demi Chef De Partie, or similar role is preferred.

Formal culinary training or certification is an advantage but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.

Flexibility to work full-time schedules aligned with restaurant operations and willingness to learn new techniques and menu items.
