Role Overview EazyDiner is looking for a results-driven Marketing Automation Executive to own customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and automation initiatives. The role will focus on driving repeat transactions, improving customer engagement, and generating sustainable revenue growth across the customer journey through personalised, data-driven marketing campaigns.

Multichannel CRM Campaigns: Plan, execute,and optimise campaigns across Push Notifications, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and In-App channels.
Lifecycle Automation: Customer Segmentation & Personalisation: Develop behavioural segments and targeted engagement strategies to deliver relevant, personalised customer experiences.
Analyse customer cohorts,campaign performance, repeat transaction behaviour, and engagement trends to identify growth opportunities.
Marketing Automation: Manage campaign workflows, audience targeting, triggers, scheduling, and performance optimisation using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Analytics, Design, and Business teams to improve customer experience, engagement, and retention outcomes.





Required Skills & Experience

- 3–4years of experience in Retention Marketing, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing, preferably in a B2C business.
- Hands-on experience with WebEngage . Experience with CleverTap, MoEngage,or similar marketing automation platforms is also relevant.
- Experience with Branch or AppsFlyer for deep linkingand attribution; Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel or GoogleSheets. SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of customersegmentation, marketing automation, experimentation, and retention analytics.
- A data-driven marketer who understands customer behaviour, enjoys building automated engagement journeys, and can connectCRM campaigns to measurable businessoutcomes.
