We are hiring a Legal Manager – Company Secretarial for one of the leading retail start-ups based in Delhi.
Industry: Retail
Experience: 5–12 years
Qualification: CS (Company Secretary) or LLB/LLM
We are looking for a dynamic legal qualified with strong experience in company secretarial compliance, corporate governance, drafting and vetting of agreements, regulatory filings, board documentation, and liaison with statutory authorities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling legal matters for growing organizations and ensuring end-to-end statutory compliance.
