Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for connecting with leads, pitching Speedioo's offerings, and converting them into sales.
This is a pure sales role focused on conversions and revenue generation, with no involvement in customer support or service.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential customers through calls and pitch Speedioo's offerings
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant solutions
- Drive end-to-end sales conversion from lead to closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
- Follow up consistently with leads to improve conversion rates




- Continuously improve sales pitch and product understanding

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools

Language Requirement (Mandatory)

- Hindi ( Mandatory )
- English
- Marathi

Preferred Background
• Experience in Real Estate, Insurance, E-commerce, Telecom, or Automobile industry
