We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter for a full-time, on-site opportunity at our Mani Casadona office. The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining job descriptions, coordinating with department leads to determine role requirements, managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The HR Recruiter will also assist in onboarding new employees and support broader HR-related initiatives.
Experience with sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection processes
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR-related software
Knowledge of local labor laws and best HR practices
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in a recruiting or HR role is highly advantageous
