ICON seeks a Salesforce Administrator to provide tier-2 technical support for enterprise applications in a hybrid role based in India. The position involves system administration, user support, deployment management, and troubleshooting in a regulated healthcare workplace.

Responsibilities

Provide tier-2 technical support for Salesforce systems and respond to user requests

Troubleshoot applications, integrations, debug logs, and resolve complex system issues

Develop, test, and implement system changes, upgrades, patches, and deployments

Maintain system configuration including user accounts, access provisioning, and integration endpoints

Perform regular system monitoring, maintenance, and collaborate with developers and vendors

Requirements





- 4+ years Salesforce administration experience including troubleshooting, security, and custom object configuration
- 3+ years managing complex Salesforce deployments in highly customized environments
- 3+ years deployment management experience in regulated GxP environments
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required
- 2+ years hands-on Jenkins or GitLab experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce data management tools and Team Foundation Server
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
