Lead architectural design and execution for corporate and hospitality interior projects
Prepare concept designs, space planning, layouts, and detailed drawings
Coordinate with clients, project managers, MEP consultants, and vendors
Review and approve shop drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
Ensure designs comply with project timelines, quality standards, and budgets
Conduct site visits to monitor execution and resolve design-related issues
Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams
Participate in client presentations and design discussions
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of experience in corporate or hospitality interior projects
- Solid knowledge of interior detailing, materials, and finishes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, MS Office
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Experience in Gurugram / NCR projects will be an added advantage
