Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social
media, and professional networks.
Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for
specific roles.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience,
and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Knowledge of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
Aware of sourcing portals like Naukri, Linkedin, etc.
Robust organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
