We are looking for a qualified and empathetic Career Counsellor to support students in making informed academic and career choices, aligned with CBSE guidelines and NEP 2020 . Key Responsibilities

Provide structured career counselling to students (Grades VI–XII)

Conduct aptitude and interest assessments

Organise career awareness programmes and counselling sessions

Engage with parents for guidance and clarity

Maintain counselling records and reports as per CBSE norms

Eligibility

Master's in Psychology / Counselling / Education

Certification in Career Counselling preferred

Prior school counselling experience is desirable

Robust communication and documentation skills
