Responsibilities
Strategic planning : Develop and implement HR strategies and plans to support business objectives in the region
Employee relations : Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Compliance : Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Training and development : Provide training and development for managers and employees
Change management : Lead change management initiatives
Employer branding : Help build employer brand and attract and retain talent
HR processes : Oversee HR processes, such as payroll, perks, and policy development
Employee lifecycle :



Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit

Skills and attributes

- Bachelor's degree or MBA with appropriate experience preferred
- 5+ years' work experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Strong understanding of the business, its strategy, and customers
- Good understanding of HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and policy development
- Strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and run efficient recruiting and hiring processes
- Ability to analyze employee reports to guide decision making
- Ability to coach managers on effective leadership practices
