We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Executive to join our team. You will own the onboarding of recent customers in our internal system, from application received to account live, within agreed turnaround times.

Review new customer applications and supporting documents (KYC, business proof, tax and billing details) for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, compliance and support to close missing information and approvals quickly.
- Communicate with customers by email and phone on pending documents and next steps.
- fix data errors and duplicates.
- 1–3 years in customer onboarding, operations, back-office or KYC processing.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document checking.
- Clear written and spoken English; Comfortable with web-based systems, MS Excel or Google Sheets, and email tools.
- Experience with CRM or billing tools such as HubSpot or WHMCS.
- Background in domains, hosting, SaaS or ad-tech customer operations
