We're looking for a Creative Producer who enjoys coming up with ideas, telling stories and making things happen.
Someone who can research an engaging subject, develop an idea, write a compelling script, communicate with clients, help organise a shoot and work with an editor to shape a finished film.
What matters to us is that you're curious, creative, articulate, organised and willing to learn. Research & Ideate: Explore subjects, brainstorm ideas, research stories and develop creative concepts.
Writing: Write scripts, film treatments, pitch decks and creative proposals.
Creative Production: Work alongside directors, cinematographers and other collaborators to bring ideas to life.
Shoot Planning & Execution: Help plan and coordinate shoots, manage schedules and logistics, and solve problems as they arise.
Post-Production: Work closely with editors, review cuts, contribute storytelling ideas and help shape films through to completion.
Project Coordination: Help manage projects from the initial brief to final delivery, keeping track of timelines, requirements and deliverables.
You'll get to work on a wide range of projects, from documentaries and original non-fiction stories to brand films and campaigns.
You'll be involved in the entire creative process, learning how ideas are developed, stories are written,



shoots are organised and films are shaped in the edit.
We're a small team, so you'll have the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibilities, work closely with experienced filmmakers and develop a broad range of creative and production skills. Someone who enjoys writing and can communicate ideas clearly, thoughtfully and creatively.
A person with a genuine interest in storytelling, films, culture and creative work.
We're open to graduates from any academic background, as well as candidates with some professional experience. If you've studied literature, journalism, communications, liberal arts, media, design or something entirely different, we'd be happy to hear from you.
