Job Description : We are looking for a Director of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to lead reliability programs across multiple B2B SaaS products.Key Responsibilities : - Lead reliability programs across multiple SaaS products.- Drive operational excellence through metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.- Architect applications and infrastructure for high-growth cloud platforms.- Lead incident response, observability, and CI/CD initiatives.Requirements : - 18+ years of experience in Software Engineering, SRE, or Reliability Engineering.- 5+ years of leadership experience at the Director level.- Solid expertise in SLI/SLO, monitoring, and reliability engineering.- Hands-on experience with AWS and container orchestration.- Experience working in Product-Based B2B SaaS companies is mandatory.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
