This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiter, primarily based in Indore with some flexibility for work from home. The Recruiter will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify workforce needs, building a talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
The Recruiter will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and manage recruitment-related documentation and tools.
Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and market trends
Ability to work in a hybrid setup with flexibility and self-motivation
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Understanding of the semiconductor or technology industry is a plus
