We provide bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation and planning, IRS representation, payroll, company formation, virtual CFO, and advisory services to individuals and businesses across the US. Prepare Form 1040 returns (Schedules A, B, C, D, E) and simple business returns under senior review.
Enter data in tax software, run diagnostics, and apply review notes.
Assist with state returns and basic federal/state tax research.
BCom / MCom / BBA / MBA Finance /CA Inter / Dropout

- 0–2 years of experience or a relevant internship in accounting or US tax
- Accounting basics (debits and credits, financial statements)
- Good Excel skills (formulas, filters, basic pivots)




- Strong attention to detail and explicit English communication
- Willingness to learn US tax law and meet peak-season deadlines
- Plus: ProSeries/Drake, QuickBooks, or CPA/EA/CA progress.

Permanent, full-time | 2 openings | Mon–Fri for 7 months, Mon–Sat for 5 months (peak season)
