We are seeking a high-impact HR Business Partner Manager to work closely with our leadership team in driving strategic people initiatives and enabling business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR strategies for large, quick-paced organizations and comes with strong business acumen.
Partner with CXOs and senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
Lead strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management initiatives
Drive leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential talent programs
Design and implement performance management and employee engagement frameworks
Advise on organizational culture, change management, and DEI strategies
Ensure compliance with labor laws and best-in-class HR policies
MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 institute (IIM, XLRI, TISS, MDI, ISB, etc.)
- 8–12 years of progressive HRBP experience in large or high-growth organizations
