We're looking for an Account Director who knows influencer marketing, understands brands, and knows how to turn relationships into business.
Someone who can confidently lead client conversations, bring in new brand accounts, grow existing partnerships, and lead a high-performing team.

Identify and approach potential brands and agencies, build relationships, pitch Qoruz solutions, and convert opportunities into revenue.
Leverage Industry Connections: Use your existing network of brand managers, marketing heads, and agency decision-makers to open new business opportunities.
Own Key Brand Accounts: Lead relationships with major clients, understand their business objectives, and become their trusted influencer marketing partner.
Drive Revenue & Account Growth: Own revenue targets, grow existing accounts, identify upselling opportunities, and build long-term brand partnerships.
Work with strategy and creative teams to develop proposals, present campaign ideas,



negotiate commercials, and close deals.
Guide teams through campaign planning, execution, and reporting while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Lead & Mentor Teams: Manage account managers and client servicing teams, set expectations, and help them grow.
Own Account Performance: Take responsibility for client retention, revenue growth, account profitability, and overall client satisfaction.
5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, client servicing, account management, or business development.

- Prior experience working with an influencer marketing agency is mandatory.
- Proven experience in new business acquisition, client servicing, and revenue generation .
- Strong existing relationships with brands, marketing heads, and agency decision-makers.
- Experience independently pitching, negotiating, and closing business with brands.
- Hands-on experience managing large brand accounts and senior client stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategy, campaign execution, and the creator ecosystem.
- Experience leading and mentoring client servicing or account management teams.
- A track record of achieving revenue targets, growing accounts, and retaining clients.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and make business decisions independently.

You have brand and agency connections and know how to turn them into business opportunities.
You can manage existing clients while actively bringing in new accounts.
