A leading political party is hiring a full-time, on-site Video Editor for its in-house Digital Media, Research & Creative Team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Edit fast, accurate short-form and long-form video for social platforms, from raw footage to platform-ready exports, often on the same day.

Edit reels, Shorts, explainers, interviews and event coverage for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X.
Turn raw footage into finished 30–60-second reels within hours on news-driven days.
Add subtitles and captions, including Gujarati and Hindi.
Handle colour grading, audio clean-up and basic motion graphics.
Keep project files and footage organised so others can pick up the work.

A portfolio with at least three edited videos or reels.
Strong sense of pacing, hooks and storytelling for short-form video.
Comfort with tight deadlines and occasional evening or weekend work for scheduled events.

Experience editing news, political or public-interest content.
Reading knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi.

Experience: Freshers with a solid portfolio through to 6+ years.
