Responsibilities include leading a team, ensuring sales targets are met, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role also involves training and mentoring team members to ensure high performance.

Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and knowledge of Insurance products
Experience in Finance and understanding of financial products
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly advantageous
