Brint Marketing Solution is looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketer who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising and digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for BMS clients. The ideal candidate should have experience with ad platforms, performance tracking, and ROI-focused marketing strategies.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Create and test ad copies, creatives, landing page strategies, and funnels
Monitor campaign performance, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics
Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance and scalability
Coordinate with design, content, and client servicing teams




Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
Experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
Understanding of lead generation funnels, landing pages, and CRM integration
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Tag Manager
Result-oriented mindset with focus on ROI and lead quality

Experience handling multiple clients simultaneously
Exposure to B2B, B2C, or service-based lead generation
Knowledge of automation tools, email marketing, or WhatsApp marketing
