In this high-impact permanent role, you will sit at the center of innovation and strategy. Moving beyond operational sourcing, you will leverage market intelligence, talent analytics, and strategic advisory skills to partner directly with Senior Leaders.
Strategic Advisory: Partner independently with enterprise stakeholders to diagnose talent challenges, present data-led market insights, and craft tailored talent strategies.
Data & Solution Analysis: Gather and analyze internal and external market intelligence to optimize talent acquisition processes and predict future skill requirements.
Process Innovation & Employer Branding: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and introduce up-to-date candidate-experience tools.
Serve as a mentor for associate talent team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Proven Experience: Senior-level experience as a Talent Advisor, Strategic Partner, or Senior TA Specialist, ideally within an complex, fast-paced tech/infrastructure ecosystem .
Data Fluency: Exceptional ability to translate market data, industry trends, and analytics into compelling talent solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous-improvement approach to talent delivery.
Experience : 6+ years into technical recruitment.
Hands on experience in end to end recruitment, stakeholder management.
Location : Navi Mumbai (Hybrid/ Onsite)
