We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Sourcing Specialist with strong expertise in functional hiring within the BFSI domain . The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing talent for Finance, Audit, Risk Management, Legal, and Operations roles in the Indian market.
Drive daily sourcing activities using LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and talent needs.
Engage candidates, provide timely updates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Discuss compensation expectations and support offer closures.
Conduct market research and provide insights on talent availability and industry trends.
Track sourcing metrics, including time to fill,
quality of hire, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
Support diversity hiring initiatives and follow recruitment processes and policies.
Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and improve sourcing efficiency.
5+ years of sourcing or recruitment experience in BFSI / Financial Services
Functional hiring experience in Finance, Audit, Risk, Legal, or Operations
Robust sourcing expertise using LinkedIn and Naukri
Experience with ATS and recruitment software
Experience with labor market intelligence and competitive research.
LinkedIn Recruiter certification or other relevant recruitment certifications.
